Exercise has been a cornerstone of my life, shaping not only my physical abilities but also my mindset and daily routines. For ten years, I was a dedicated swimmer, mastering the water and developing a strong foundation in fitness and discipline. My athletic journey then led me to the rugby field in high school, where I experienced the thrill and camaraderie of team sports for a couple of years. Concurrently, I embraced long-distance running, a passion that earned me numerous medals and a deep appreciation for endurance and perseverance.

In recent years, my focus has shifted towards calisthenics and bodyweight exercises, including gymnastics. I find immense satisfaction in the challenge and versatility these forms of exercise offer, allowing me to push my body in new and dynamic ways. My commitment to fitness is unwavering, starting each day with an early morning gym session, followed by a rejuvenating sauna experience.
